Señor Octopus – wild, slippery, spontaneous and always keeping you on your toes. One of my first ever illustrations and the first attempt in combining ink and watercolour, but my third attempt at an occy. On this occasion, I’d come home after a particularly trying (sh!t) day at work and out of frustration, wildly went at him with my ink pens and watercolour paint flicks. He then sat in a dusty sketch book for three years before seeing the light of day again. An illustration that was never meant for people (other than me) to see. But this wild one had to be set free, so here he is.

However he captures your imagination, he will bring much vibrancy to your home, either as a focal point and conversation starter or simply enjoying the splashes of ink and watercolour thrown his way. He’s also versatile; place him anywhere and he’ll fit right in.

Designed and printed in Western Australia. Printed on quality 100% recycled EcoStar 350 gsm paper. The recycled paper has a natural off-white to grey appearance and matte finish. Due to its recycled nature, the paper is ever-so-slightly flecked with tiny imperfections, which only add to its charm.
