Please choose earrings, skin care, cosmetics and perishable items carefully.

Although we try to be as flexible as possible we are unable to exchange these items due to Health Regulations.

Other items may be exchanged as unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds.

For eligible exchanges, goods must be returned in a resaleable condition. This means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We do not offer exchnges on sale items.
